US Journalist Ghost Tour – British Heritage Cities

Chester recently hosted 7 of the US's leading travel writers for a ghost related visit, experiencing ghostly tours and haunted dining! - Some superb feedback from Visit Britain followed and press coverage still floods in.

Each of the Britain's Heritage Cities, (there are 7: Bath, Stratford, Chester, York, Oxford, Durham and Canterbury), will be hosting 12 x 3 night breaks. Every city will get an equal marketing opportunity. The promotion with start in April running through to December 08. However the majority of the promotion would be in April, May and June 2008.
 
Each city are required to produce a certificate for PBS. The certificate will detail where the 12 x 3 night stays will be in hosted. The prizes would be valid until April 2009 and the key summer period (June to Oct) and Christmas period (Dec to Jan) would be black outs. Given that the activity doesn't really start until April 08 it is unlikely that anyone will take up prizes until Autumn 08.
