The following courses have been scheduled to run at the chamber training centre on Wistaton Road, Crewe. Each full day course is £180+vat for chamber members, the full price is £225+vat.

Effective Telesales - Tues 29 July
Anyone responsible for making outbound, or handling inbound, telesales calls with customers and prospects, including appointment making and dealing with general sales enquiries will find this course beneficial.

Customer Service - Wed 30 July
This highly participative one day workshop will provide all participants with an understanding of the necessary skills and the personal motivation to provide excellent customer service.   They will explore practical ways for handling difficult situations and managing customers’ needs in a helpful and decisive manner. The workshop is also designed to enable participants to understand the skills and approaches for improving communications and achieving successful outcomes from their working relationships.
