Springboard is a unique organization with a mission to attract more people in to schools and colleges to study hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism and thereby to take up careers and job opportunities that will meet the industries staffing needs and the aspirations of potential recruits.

Springboard’s key objectives are to:
• Provide respected and trusted information and advice on career and job opportunities in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.
• Educate those in a position to influence career choice about the industry and the range of opportunities available both short term and long term.
• Channel appropriate potential industry entrants in the right direction through our “pipeline” approach”.
• Assist dustry in raising its profile as an employer of choice.
