Cheshire and Warrington Tourism Board strongly believe that in order to complement the excellent products already on offer it is vital that the service and welcome are to the same high standards.

VCC are working with nationally recognised training providers to provide a comprehensive training package with many of the courses being subsidised by VCC for our members.

The main courses VCC support is the Welcome to Excellence programme, Springboard Ambassadors, BizVision for Leadership and Management. All the courses are designed to improve the workforce and meet the exact needs of organisations in the Hospitality Leisure and Tourism sector.
