A survey carried out by Visit Chester and Cheshire has highlighted key areas within Recruitment & Retention where businesses needed additional support. From this survey a web based toolkit has been developed in order to aid and assist tourism businesses overcome the challenges which have become synonymous with the tourism industry.
Tourism HR, the HR specialists for the tourism industry has developed a web based toolkit to assist businesses in all aspects of Recruitment & Retention, and is available for both Visit Chester and Cheshire members and non members for a one off payment as outlined below:
