Business Adviser is human resource and health and safety support for small to medium sized businesses in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry. Business Adviser assists managers in areas such as: Employment Law, recruitment, contracts, policies and procedures, staff communication, appraisal systems, training and discipline and Health and Safety.
Business Adviser is delivered by AdviserPlus and is supported by People1st, the National Sector Skills Council and Visit Chester and Cheshire . Their aim is to offer funding to those businesses who are striving to improve their operational capabilities.
The SERVICE Elements ONLINE - Unlimited access to an online library of documents such as contracts, policies etc. that can be tailored and branded for each business. Step by step guides are available for managers to work through on the more tricky areas
HELPLINE- Unlimited telephone access to a helpline of HR and Health & Safety experts to guide and advise
MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS - Regular E-communications to give advance notice of legislation changes
NEWSLETTERS - Regular sector-relevant newsletters to keep managers informed of local, regional and national HR influences on their business
