Spaces is a new initiative aimed at engaging artists, commissioners and the wider community in the debate about site specific art in Cheshire.

This stimulating project forms part of the prestigious Cheshire Year of Gardens 08 programme and the development of Cheshire County Council’s Public Art Strategy.
