The spectacular closing celebration for Cheshire's Year of Gardens 08. Based on the Thai, Loy Krathong or floating candle ceremony, the event will take place on and around the River Dee in Chester.

Thousands of ‘wishes’, made by local communities and artists will be launched into the river as part of the celebrations in December.
